add 20% if you haven't gotten TUFF yet

add 10% for daily digestions & absorbtion
Now burn off (with TUFF exercise of course) or reduce eating by 500 calories to lose 1lb per week. Combine both to lose 2lb per week. This is considered healthy, sustainable weight loss.
